Sarah Aynesworth has made a difference in our organization! Over the past two years, our team has participated in multiple trainings that have sharpened our business communication skills as well as our ability to forge relationships with new donors. Ms. Aynesworth’s trainings are one of the highlights of the year. I have witnessed improvement and growth in our staff’s ability to work with other people, develop new relationships, and make others feel important. If you want a donor- or costumer-focused staff have them trained by Ms. Aynesworth.

My oldest son still talks about the manners lesson that you did for him 4 years ago. The ease at which you make the children learn while they are eating is a tribute to your excellent communication skills. I believe that your manners sessions are invaluable for every age group. I was glad that I was able to attend the luncheon as a sponsor. It allowed me to brush up on my manners also.

My name is Terri Woods-Campbell, I am the Program Director for Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated’s Waco Chapter. I also serve as the Cotillion Chairperson for our annual Cotillion Ball where we present high school seniors from the local and surrounding community to polite society. I have had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Aynesworth for the past 2 years and look forward to our continued relationship in the future. Mrs. Aynesworth has worked with our Cotillion participants providing etiquette training. She is a fantastic teacher and has molded even the “roughest” teenager into fine gentlemen and ladies. She has a way of teaching things that most teenagers today would consider boring in a manner that is fun and exciting. Mrs. Aynesworth is always on time and is never without a big beautiful smile. She is flexible and always willing to adjust her topics to suit the audience. Mrs. Aynesworth’s etiquette training is a must-have for ANY group, young and old alike! Even though we have worked together for the last 2 years there are still new things I have learned each year. I am excited about continuing this awesome partnership to mold and shape our young people into poised and mannerable gentlemen and women.

Dear Mrs. Aynesworth,

Thank you for teaching me manners. My favorite part was that we got have fun and learn at the same time. I feel more confident and ready to practice good manners every day.

Thank you again,

Waco Montessori Student
